It's not that we don't have reams of data, we do--a library of over 100 standard reports are available in paper or online via a protected internet log-in. And we don't just stop there--custom reports can be developed with industry or Client-specific benchmarks. In fact, with our report tool, data queries are virtually limitless. 
 
At Dominion Medical Management, we help Clients define the exact metrics and reports that are most important to their practice and then we deliver them with our analysis each month. Spending the last 20 years helping specialist practices grow and working with over 500 physicians has given us some insight into the leading causes of practice profitability problems and the best solutions. In addition, we develop an annual financial forecast and review the performance of the Client's practice and Dominion Medical against the forecast every month.
 

Management Reporting

Client management has access to a library of over 100 standard reports including A/R Analysis, MTD/YTD Revenue Analysis, Service Mix Analysis, Top 20 Procedure Analysis, Activity by Insurance Class, Lagged Collections, Denial Management, etc. All of these are available in paper and online via a protected internet login. Monthly summary reports are available within 1-3 days after the close of each business month in electronic format. These online reports are available through secure login 24/7. Custom reports can be developed for specific Client requirements. In addition, Dominion Medical can develop and support interfaces to third party analytics tools.
 

Unlimited Queries

We use a report tool which queries data extracted from the base billing system and allows custom reports to be built instantly based on drill-down queries. Efficiency, admission ratio and acuity reports are excellent potential applications for this system. Essentially, we can build reporting tailored for any clinical, financial or unique data element which we capture. Industry benchmarks and unique practice performance targets can also be built into these reports.
