Account Management

In total, a typical Client will receive direct and indirect support from a team of approximately 25-30 Dominion Medical personnel, plus the direct involvement of the Executive and Senior Management teams.

 

The Executive Management team is involved in service delivery management on a daily basis and is just one call away if you need help. In addition, we take Account Management to the next level by providing an Account Management Team for each Client. The team is comprised of the Client Services Manager (CSM), Account Manager and Account Representatives. The CSM functions as a strategic business liaison between Dominion Medical and the Client, while the Account Manager supervises day-to-day charge processing tasks. The CSM is a business-trained professional with extensive healthcare experience. Our CSMs have backgrounds covering clinical work, group practice administration and payor administration.

 

The Account Manager and various Account Representatives in each functional department support all of the Client's processing activities at a tactical level and work with the Client's staff on a daily basis to answer questions and resolve issues. Support is also provided through Client Services, Training, IT/Systems, IT/Programming, Human Resources and other Dominion Medical locations.
