William G. Pickart, Chief Executive Officer
Bill Pickart, as CEO, is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of Dominion Medical Management, an industry leading revenue cycle management company serving hospital-based specialists. In addition to this role, Bill is also CEO of Dominion Medical’s parent company, Integrated Medical Partners. He is a seasoned health care services executive, with extensive experience in revenue cycle management and practice management. His previous roles include Executive Vice President and majority shareholder in Cramer Coil & Transformer Co., Inc., a custom electronic transformer manufacturer, and Vice President with Heller Financial, Inc., an operating unit of Heller International, Inc. Bill obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago, IL.
Robert J. Kebbekus, President & Chief Operating Officer
Bob Kebbekus is responsible for the management and operations of Dominion Medical in addition to his role as President and COO of Dominion Medical's parent company, Integrated Medical Partners. Prior to joining Dominion Medical, he was a Senior Vice President of US Bank, the 8th largest financial services holding company in the U.S. He served as the Division Head of the Commercial Lending Group for Southeastern Wisconsin, focused on financing and treasury management for middle-market companies. Bob's other positions include President of US Bank's Central Wisconsin Market where he managed the Operations, Retail and Commercial Divisions of the Bank. Bob received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Economics from the University of Wisconsin--Madison and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Marquette University. He also received the designation of Certified Healthcare Billing and Management Executive (CHBME) from the Healthcare Billing Management Association (HBMA).
Timothy D. Dyer, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Tim Dyer manages the financial operations for Dominion Medical as well as for the parent company, Integrated Medical Partners, where he is also the Executive Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining the Executive Management team of Dominion Medical, Tim was a controlling shareholder and the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of the Barrington Group, LTD., a third party administrator of flexible benefit plans. His previous roles also included principal in the accounting firm of Smith & Dyer and Financial Consultant at Grant Thornton. Tim began his career as an underwriter at John Nuveen and Company, developing pricing strategies for nationwide municipal financial issues. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Analyst. Tim received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and a Business Administration Degree from the University Graduate School of Management, University of Chicago.
